Designed around cash flow, not category overload
Berry Budget is for households that want a clear answer to a simple question: what does our balance look like over the next few days and weeks? Instead of burying that view inside spreadsheets or category-heavy budgeting flows, the app focuses on recurring money movement and projected balance over time.
What you can do
- Set an opening balance and projection window for your household.
- Add recurring income and expenses on monthly, weekly, or fortnightly schedules.
- Share one household plan across multiple devices.
- See day-by-day balance projections before bills land.
- Invite another household member with a simple code or QR flow.
Why it feels different
The app is built as a local-first planner with cloud sync layered on for shared household access. That keeps the product focused and lightweight: no ads, no marketing profile, and no attempt to turn your finances into a content feed.
How households work
Each account belongs to a household. Owners can create the household and invite other members to collaborate; members can join and view the same projected cash-flow timeline. Shared data stays inside the household and is only accessible to authenticated members.
Privacy and account controls
Berry Budget uses Google Sign-In for account identity and stores budgeting data in Google Cloud Firestore so it can sync across devices. The app does not sell data, show ads, or share information with third parties for marketing purposes. If you need to delete your account, you can do that directly in the app or through the support flow linked here.
